organization requesting a site on AboutMyHOA.com is under no
financial obligation of any kind, nor obligated to provide
information. AboutMyHOA.com
encourages the listing of neighborhood web masters, however, every
site may or may not have an individual web master at that locale.
AboutMyHOA.com
provides web sites to neighborhoods, homeowner associations and
apartment communities. These
web sites may be provided at no charge to the listing organization.
AboutMyHOA.com reserves the right to sell and place advertising on
any page on the site. AboutMyHOA.com
will not post nor allow posting of any banner, information or data
that is considered not to be family friendly, at the sole discretion
of AboutMyHOA.com. AboutMyHOA.com
will not accept or allow any advertising, banners, reference or
links to any adult web sites on the main site or any subsequent page
of the hosted site, including, but not limited to, newsletters.
The hosted organization has the right to reject or request
removal of any advertiser on their site for good and legitimate
reason.
All
information to be posted on the site is to be delivered to the
AboutMyHOA.com via email. Typically
AboutMyHOA.com accepts any format, however, in the unlikely event a
format is presented that is outside the ability of AboutMyHOA.com to
convert to proper language or adequate viewing, AboutMyHOA.com may
request the information be reformatted and resent for posting.
AboutMyHOA.com allows no direct posting for the protection of the
privacy of our users (see privacy policy on the site) and the
integrity of the site(s). The
AboutMyHOA.com reserves the right to make reasonable charges in the
event documents can not be delivered via email and must be delivered
by physical carrier for scanning and posting (typically $1 per
page). There are no
other fees, dues or obligations from the hosted organization.

and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from
and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs and
expenses, including reasonable legal fees and expenses arising out

no archive obligation to provide or deliver previous information
received from or to any third party, including the hosted
organization, except in the due course of providing access to the
hosted site under these terms.
Rates
for any advertising on the site are at the sole discretion of
AboutMyHOA.com. If the
hosting organization would like to obtain additional advertisers for
their site, AboutMyHOA.com will provide a custom program upon
request.

the Host, reserves the right to change its policies, and in such an
event, will notify the hosted organizations with a minimum 30-day
notice.
