ELECTION AND AMENDMENTS
INFORMATION
Those elected Have two years to serve Elections are Held every year. One year two board members are elected. Next year three board members are elected.
Those appointed to the board serve until elections. They are then either elected to the position or another is elected.
When our yearly assessment is mailed out it comes with a ballot that contains people's names that have shone interest in being on the board. It also comes with proposed amendments that our community members have submitted to us. These are changes that people in our neighborhood feel should be made. These papers come in the form of a ballot with the names of those wishing serve on the board and descriptions of the changes that homeowners have proposed.
Our homeowners mark their ballots and send them in. Votes are counted at the monthly meeting. Volunteer home owners may witness the count. Winners are announced at that time along with changes to our by laws that have been approved by our community.
As soon as possible the changes in board members and amendments will be implemented.
