You do not have to be a computer expert, if you have any questions, a member of our staff will assist you. If you do not have the information already in electronic format on computer, ABOUTMYHOA.com, will even scan your documents and photos.

Although we obtain information and work closely with the Association Boards in most neighborhoods, we also communicate with volunteers in neighborhoods where either requested by the Board and/or where the Board elects not to participate on a direct basis.

In addition, we have neighborhoods where no official association exists and our "neighborhood web masters" supply information and use the site to communicate with their immediate area.

Best of all its FREE! ABOUTMYHOA.com seeks local sponsors for sites to offset the costs to set-up and maintain your site. The site offers Password Access pages by your request. Therefore, sensitive information like telephone directories or local babysitter names, etc. can be accessed only by your neighbors with passwords.

To ascertain those authorized to access your site, typically we simply asked for a listing of your members or neighbors to put into our data base. When neighbors register, the system checks last name and street to ensure acceptance. If there is no match, then the person serving as the neighborhood web master receives a e-mail requesting instructions. The privacy policy and content policy of the site should be reviewed. Our privacy policy does not allow distribution of e-mail data to third parties.

We ask you to complete and submit the following information. Also you should go to the site and check out the "Featured Sites" to get additional ideas. The process is as simple as sending an e-mail and attaching your information.
