HOA dues are South Hollow is a 56 home quiet community in Southlake near the intersection of Continental Blvd. and Brumlow. Adjacent neighborhoods are Cambridge and Napa Valley. All homes are brick exteriors, with sizes ranging between 3000 sq foot one story plans to over 4000 sq ft two story plans. The lot sizes range from a half acre to over three quarters of an acre. We are a mature self managed community with the first home built in 1996. South Hollow is a Pulte planned community.
