Welcome to the Spring Park Page. Spring Park is a community of about 800 families located adjacent to north Dallas, in far northwest Garland and northeast Richardson, Texas. Our neighborhood is in an area well known for excellent schools, growing businesses, recreational opportunities, and friendly people. Located next to the highly rated Sherill Park Golf Course, the setting and environment of this neighborhood are unmatched in the North Texas region.

Spring Park is located in two outstanding cities, about 15 miles north of Dallas, Texas. Part of Spring Park is in the City of Richardson, while the majority of the Spring Park neighborhood is in the City of Garland. Some of Spring Park is adjacent to the City of Plano.
