Architectural Guidelines Message
Now that our development is getting older and our homes are 8 to 10 years of age it is the responsibility of ALL homeowners to maintain their properties in good standings and in accordance with the guidelines of the Chase oaks bye laws.
If you do not have a copy of the bye laws please send an e-mail to or call one of the board members to get a copy.
Please keep in mind that if any changes are made to your property that can be seen from the street then it is required to submit an architectural change form to the Chase Oaks Architectural Change Committee and get a permit from the City Of Keller. The projects that would require the above are as follows:
· Adding a pool
· Replacing the fence
· Adding an addition, arbor, or patio cover
In the coming weeks, board members will be looking at the entire neighborhood and notifying homeowner’s issues that are not compliant with our Chase Oaks policies. Below is the item that committee members will be looking at:
· Missing Fence pickets
· Fence rotting and failing
· All homes need to be painted so that there is no peeling
paint or worn off.
· All yards need to be kept cut and maintain weed control.
