The Grapevine area is rich in history dating back to 1844. The town of Grapevine was incorporated February 12, 1907. In 1965 the DFW Regional Airport northern area was located in the City of Grapevine. Current population is approximately 41,000.

Grapevine is one of the fastest growing communities increasing from 12,000 population in 1980. The city's proximity to employment centers such as Las Colinas and the airport contribute to the favorable location. Improved access to freeways leading to Dallas and Fort Worth, high-quality housing in well-planned neighborhoods, such as this one, has made Grapevine a great place to live and work.
