As some of you know, we now have an active website as a member of www.aboutmyhoa.com . Your Associations Board would encourage you to take an active role in developing and using this website. It will be our primary means to keep you informed as well as you as homeowners making your wishes known to others in the Association.

First things first, I encourage you to go to the website and register. During this visit, you will register your homeowners’ information and select a password. After registration and upon approval of your password, you will have full access to the Coventry Manor website. Please note this is a secure site and only available to other Coventry Association members.

Second, I encourage each of you to inform me of upcoming events you would like on the Community Calendar. As your Association’s Webmaster, I am the individual who maintains the site and information sent to us for posting. In addition, all Board members are listed, as well as select committees. It is now easier than anytime in the past to get information and requests out (via e-mail). I plan to post weekly (again, unless an emergency), so please give me as much time as possible in terms of calendar event posting.

Finally, my hat is off to Jamie Thibodeaux for the creation of this website. It is really one of the best examples of the power of the Internet and how to use it for the good of all. I encourage each of you to explore the many links (examples: government, education, etc). Please consider supporting the vendors who make this site available for no cost to our Association.
